PT Agincourt Resources (PTAR), a subsidiary of G-Resources Group Limited, is developing the Martabe Project in North Sumatra – Indonesia, approximately 40 km south-east of Sibolga. Gold and silver ore will be mined by open pit methods using a mining contractor. A processing facility will be built adjacent to the pit to process ore at a rate of 4.5 Mtpa to produce approximately 250,000 oz of gold and 2 million oz of silver annually.
PTAR now is pleased to invite applications for the following role:
Commercial Manager (CM706)
This position reports directly to the General Manager and will be a key position in the management team. The Commercial Manager will take responsibility for Finance, IT & Systems, HR & Admin, Supply & Logistics and Camps.
Initially the position will be responsible for setting up the systems and processes required to support the project as it transitions through construction, commissioning and ongoing operation. A strong focus will be on building a team and developing staff capable of supporting the business.
There will be a requirement for the role to work from both Jakarta office and Martabe site initially, before being a site based role.
Candidates for this role would be expected to have the following qualifications and experience:
* Degree in commerce, finance, administration or supply.
* 5-10 years working experience in senior finance roles in a mining or production operation.
* Proven ability to operate in a foreign culture and with professional experience in Indonesia is desirable.
* Communication, relationship and team building skills.
* System implementation in major ERP systems.
